Chapters should use these Advocacy Volunteer Application cards at events to collect information to identify potential Alzheimer's State Champions, Alzheimer's Ambassadors and Alzheimer's Congressional Team members. While these cards can speak for themselves, they are not intended for mass distribution. These roles are significant commitments and you’ll have better success recruiting high quality applicants in the context of conversations with small groups of individuals who have already demonstrated interest in engaging offline.
