The shipping confirmation e-mail that was sent to you contains your order # as well the tracking number information. You can also get all order tracking information by going to ‘My Shop Account’ and clicking on the ‘Order History / Tracking Information’ link.

Orders are not charged until merchandise is shipped. Please note, your credit card will be authorized upon purchase and you may see a pending order on your online statement for 5-7 days after your order has been placed. Your credit card is not charged until your merchandise has been shipped. In some cases, you’ll see the pending order removed from your online statement and no charges on your statement. This means the order has not been shipped and your credit card has not been charged. Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipment. You will need to fax your Tax Exempt Certificate to (313) 957-5062, attn: Client Services and they will process your order once the tax exempt certificate is validated. The amount charged to your credit card will reflect the ‘tax exempt’ status.
Shop for the Cause merchandise can be shipped to any international country. All payments for international orders must be made in U.S. dollars. All required charges for duties, tariffs, and taxes are additional and will be collected upon delivery by the carrier. International orders are shipped via UPS International and we charge an additional $20 per order to cover international shipping costs. Rush service is not available for international orders. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Every purchase made with a Gift Card (plus any applicable shipping/handling fees, taxes, and other fees that may apply) is deducted from the Gift Card balance and any unused Gift Card balance will remain on the Gift Card account.
